Rarely a day goes by that I am not sporting all the
latest Mommy Fashion Accessories. You know,
like Piper drool, Piper spit up, Piper’s soosie hanging
from my shirt or my pants or my jacket. Oh ya, and
usually Piper.
I traded in my big gold hoop earrings and all my gold
necklaces with pendants for all of the latest Mommy
Fashion Accessories. You know you are hard core
for the MFA when you leave the house without
your baby in tow and still find yourself sporting these
MFAs.
Picture it: Me, very hairy legs and a trip to the salon
sans Piper. As I am digging through my pants pocket
I find, not one, but two soosies!
Then this past weekend with Piper at Gramma’s, I have
felt incredibly nakid without her around. I went shopping
and felt very exposed without the stroller rolling along in
front of me or without Piper hanging on my neck and
resting on my hip.
Three sleeps is a bit too long. I freaking miss that little
cutie patootie, my pumpalumpkin, my sweetie bo beetie.

I am the Queen of MFA’s too! I forever have baby crackers glued to my hair, pants and shirt. Today it was bananas on my shirt. I have about 12 pacifiers buried in my car and today I found a really old, stinky bottle (ew!).
I’m thinking Piper is ready for her first trip to the Southern US. She and Lily definately need a playdate sometime. Is Manitoba nice this time of year?! Bet my southern roots would freeze right up 🙂
