I’m not sure I necessarily, absolutely need another
c-section but we scheduled one. There are so many
pros and cons to the VBAC (vaginal birth after
caesarean)…. Our plan really could go either way.
If I go into labour early then I most certainly could
see how that whole ‘having a baby the natural’ way
will go for us…. or we could go straight to a section.
I am wanting to go straight for the section because a piece of
me wants some control over things this time.

I didn’t have a c-section with my first, and hope I don’t have to with this one either. But I do have a whole new set of things to worry about this time as well.
Unfortunatly I only know people that have had follow up C sections, no one I know has ventured into Vbac. However, I’m sure your dr will give you all the info to make the choice this time.
I don’t know why we freak out about the BM, although it’s just weird. I know they see it all the time, but it’s a little embarrasing. Oh well..
I sure hope that you can do the VBAC. I was scared of it but when I saw how slowly the Csection Moms were recovering as opposed to myself, I was so happy that I was able to do it vaginally.
However it goes, it’ll work out. Life has a way of doing that. š
You just do what you think is best….

well I didn’t have a bad recovery at all from my C-section and I really wanted the section too, so I have no advice.
It will work out the way it should.Either way Bug is coming home. Glad you have a date set !
