Just when you feel like you are catching on to this whole parenting thing. You think you have parenting two figured out. You really feel confident in your abilities to care for your children and provide them with a safe, warm and loving environment.
One of them goes and gets good and sick… When that happens the little confidence you managed to build up is quickly gone out the window.
My poor Davilyn has been throwing up this week… not just spitting up, but full on throwing up. I think she is on the mend now but it hasn’t been a fun week.
Then to add to it, she is getting her top two teeth. She was so miserable last night, and frankly so were Daddy and I.

Chicka was throwing up last weekend too. I felt so awful for her. I don’t think I’ll EVER have parenting figured out.
