We may need some help here…

Davilyn is such a Mama’s girl… so much so, that if I am home she refuses Craig at bedtime. It’s been tough trying to transition her to allowing him to put her to bed. She wants her Mama.

Even now, it’s tough for me to put her to bed because I am so uncomfortable. Beyond words uncomfortable. I feel as though this baby could fall out. Is this normal? Anyway, Craig needs to be able to put Davilyn to bed especially once I have a C-Section. I won’t be able to lift her let alone lower her into her crib.
Never had this problem with Piper since she usually prefers her Daddy and was already sleeping in a bed by the time Davilyn arrived on the scene.
Things are going to get interesting around here.

Chicka has gotten so used to Frenchie putting her to bed since Jboy came along that she refuses to let me do it anymore.

Kids are very adaptable. Hopefully it won't take her long. Maybe you should leave the house for a drive or a walk every evening for a week or so to get her used to the hubs putting her down?

Maybe he can make a game out of bedtime that she will enjoy, or you could do it together and let him do the lifting/rocking. I know what you mean though, once they get their little minds made up about who they want it like set in stone! I imagine things will just work out when they have to!

Turns out, if I stay out of sight… I am out of mind. So I wonder off about 15 minutes before bedtime and Craig doesn't have too much of a problem. Hopefully this continues.
