What have we been up to?

Adjusting to being a family of five and enjoying the awesome weather that we have been having this spring. The awesome weather has helped me adjust to being at home with the 3 Divas. We spend so much time outside and Diva 1 and Diva 2 absolutely love it. Diva 3 is still sleeping through most of it.

I have come a long way since the days of posting about becoming a Mama to two. I mean, remember this post here

I really was anxious about taking them to the grocery store. I really believed that I would NEVER do it. But I did it and we adjusted and we were okay. The reality is that this time around, it isn’t exactly possible. Once I get Davilyn and Quinn in the grocery cart, there is no actual room for the groceries. That’s okay though. We have been doing other things together, including going to the zoo (one trip, I even let Piper bring a friend with her). I have found my courage.

Things have settled down quite a bit since the in laws left and I have been home from my parents. We are all in a bit of a routine which makes a big difference at The Rumour Mill Headquarters. Divas 1 & 2 really need a structured bedtime and Davilyn is still napping really well. She is so different from Piper when comes to sleep. Quinn is still all over the place with her sleep, of course, but she is a really good baby. Her best sleep happens during the day, which leaves us exhausted at night since she is sharing our room right now (she is such a noisy baby). The upside to this right now is that it leaves me available for the big girls during the day and that has helped us all to adjust.

Well, you just sound fabulous. I'm so glad that you're getting into some sort of routine. The girls must love having Mommy at home.

We certainly have our moments and our meltdowns (especially when stuck inside) but we are doing quite well!
