There are many days when Craig gets home from work, we have dinner as a family and then he lets me have some me time. It’s usually about 20 – 30 minutes but it’s enough. I usually retreat to our room and I watch television. Or read my book. Or take a long, hot shower without interruption.
When I blog about Craig, I do not embellish how wonderful he is. He just is. Sure there are days when he does things like forget to take anything out for supper (we have determined that this is his job in the morning. It was decided when I was working too. My job was to get two kids and myself out the door in one piece) and I get furious at 3:00 p.m. when I am looking in the fridge for it.
The many wonderful things he does makes up for it. It won’t hurt us to have soup for supper a couple times a month.
