Dearest Davilyn ~ When did you start loving books so much? You (almost) always have one in your hand. After bed time stories are done, you take one to your bed and read through it quickly before we are allowed to turn out the lights.
Do you know what else… you are a Diva through and through. You absolutely love to play dress up. Gramma and Papa gave you a pretty purple dress with matching gloves and shoes for Christmas… it was by far your favourite gift. You always ask us to help you put the dress on and then you insist that we call you Princess Davilyn. It’s so cute, I could laugh until I cry. This is one of my favourite things about you. Watching you dress up.
You are pretty set in your ways, at the ripe old age of 2.5. If this keeps up, I am in for some serious trouble in the years to come. Headstrong you are. As much as it causes us to butt heads, this is a trait that you can, and I hope you will, use to your advantage in life.
You are lots of fun, Davilyn. We are lucky to have you in our lives and sharing all our love and laughs with you. I love your giggle and your smile.
