Being able to play with my girls. I am so fortunate and blessed to really enjoy them.
Last night was Piper’s last hockey practise for this year. I know, right. Hard to believe we are finished an entire hockey season already. At the end of the month, we are playing one last game.
Moms vs. The Kids
As long as I don’t land on my ass or hurt myself, it will be labeled a win in my book. So last night, the Moms were invited out to the ice to practise with the kids. It was so much fun! My little sidekick skated with me and we practised drills together. Then we played British Bulldogs and chased them up and down the ice, man I didn’t stand a chance. Those kids can skate.
It’s amazing how much progress the kids have made since they started in September. The first week of hockey, Craig was on the ice every day with Piper. Holding her up, helping her skate, picking her up after (the many) times she fell down. She could probably out skate her Daddy now too.
Wish us Moms luck… we’ll need it. And yes, I promise to post some pictures.

It seems that everything our kiddos do they do at lightening speed, doesn’t it??? that life once they are outside your body moves at the speed of sound.
I wish you lots of luck hockey mom….go score some goals. 🙂
