Thing 1 and Thing 2 caught their first fish this weekend! My parents and Craig took the big girls out on Saturday evening and I missed Davi’s first fish. Apparently it was quite the show! She was pretty excited about the whole thing until the fish actually made an appearance in the boat! She was excited to tell me about and proud to show me but then promptly declared, “I don’t like fishing.”
We couldn’t get her near the thing to get a decent photo of it. She is half screaming, half saying cheese in this photo. It was a nice looking fish though!
Piper was a good sport about Davi catching her first fish, but was very determined to catch her own! So Sunday morning, My Dad, Craig and I took Piper out and that kid caught a nice sized Walleye but first she caught a Perch (that she declared was Nemo)!
And then she caught this beauty! (but refused to hold it).
