You took Quinn for a ride on the snow machine and she loved it. As did you.
I can’t believe how big you are getting. I bought you a few new swimsuits in size 10. Size 10. How is that even possible? I am sure it was just yesterday that you were wearing a onsie the size of my arm. I am sure it was just yesterday that you needed me to help you get dressed. Or brush your teeth. You don’t need me for that anymore. Where did that time go? It was you I was potty training yesterday, wasn’t it?
It’s like I put you to bed a two-year old and you woke up a six-year-old.
I blinked my eyes and you had grown.
I watch you skate and play ringette and I cannot believe that I had any part in you…. a master piece. You are. And I love you. I love you more today then I did the day that you were born and I will love you more tomorrow then I do today. My goal is that you will always know that.
