Dear Piper ~
This week I have been away and then your Daddy joined me. You and your sisters went to Gramma and Papa’s and you were such a good big sister. You were trying to shield Davilyn from the news that we would be gone for a few days without you all. Then when she cried, you told her that it would be fine.
When did you grow up so much?
Thank you for being the wonderfully caring person that you are. I love that about you.
We only have a few short weeks left to enjoy our summer. Then you are off to Grade One. I think you and your sisters will miss each other and I also think it will be a good change for you all. These last years with you in our life have simply flown by.
I miss you when we are apart. I cannot wait to see you in a few days.
