Dear Piper~
You are the perfect age for traveling. We set you up in the back of the Durango with all of your things and you were happy to do your thing. You colored. Wrote in your journal. Read. Watched movies and played on your touch. We hardly heard from you.
You finished Grade 1 and your report card was awesome. Science was one of your best subjects. And so was Phys-Ed. I was so proud to read your report card and very happy for you. Your reading has improved so much this year and you are reading chapter books.
We just got back from vacation where we spent four days in the water and went on a ziplining adventure. It was a blast. You and Davi both loved it too.
We returned home exhausted and did the return trip in one day. 12 hours later we arrived home exhausted and went straight to bed (it was 1:00 in the morning).
It was fun going on vacation with you! I am so proud that you braved the zipline. It’s an experience we will never forget.
