Every now and again I get requests for some of my recipes. Not often, I mean a domestic goddess I am not, but my friends know something good when they see it.
I posted my pictures of this yummy treat and had a number of requests for the recipe.
Here it is.
1 Cup butterscotch chips
1/2 Cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 Cup margarine or butter
1 package of miniature coloured marshmallows
Heat the first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan on low heat. Stir often until smooth. Let stand until bottom of saucepan is cool enough to touch
Add marshmallows and stir until coated.
This makes a 9×9 pan. I double the recipe for a 9×13 pan. Enjoy.
