Is the hardest job ever. It has the longest hours. There is no money to be made. The most demanding bosses. Sometimes, very little sleep. Requires the most patience. No vacation time or days off. The schedule is 24/7. No coffee breaks or hour long lunch breaks. Your lucky if you can shower and do your hair.
