Dear Quinn ~
You came down with a cough and cold this past month and have been waking a lot during the night. Please start sleeping again. We are so tired.
You started skating lessons and you love it. We knew you would. You did so great at your first lesson. Soon you will skating just like the rest of them.
This is from your first lesson (your second lesson you did even better). It’s hard to believe you are only 2.5
We are in a rough season regarding your sleep. You are starting to give up your nap, even though you still really need one. The problem becomes that if you nap, you stay up so late. Later than your Dad and I. It really is a problem. I hope this passes soon. We are tired.
You are speaking so well and doing whatever it takes to keep up with your sisters. I know this is the natural process but I just can’t help it and I find myself thinking, “Stop growing up so fast. Stop being so independent. Let Mommy help you, hold you and snuggle you.” But you are ready to move on and be more independent of me.
Me? Not so much.
I love you to the moon and back, Quinner.
