Dear Quinn ~
Another special visit with the Big Man in Red this year. We love our visits with him, don’t we. We have slid right into Christmas Break and we can’t wait for Santa to fly so that we can sit around our Christmas tree opening presents.
Mama works one more, short day and then we are off together until the 4th. So much fun to be had and you are so giddy with excitement. Singing Christmas carols and looking for your Elves each morning. This season is always special. You will be up early on Christmas day…. to excited to sleep. I am starting to feel that way too.
You have been practising in goalie pads the last few times out on the ice. I’m not sure what your plan is for this but you flip and flop between being a goalie and not being a goalie. You told me that you weren’t sure you wanted to be a goalie because you didn’t stop any pucks. It’s hard to convince you that you really need to practise at it to become a good goalie. You can’t just decide to be a goalie and expect it to be easy. So we will see where this little venture takes you.
It doesn’t matter to me, because it is just fun watching you play.
