I really enjoy some of the art work that has made its way home from day care and preschool over the past few years. I am really excited to finally be getting some from Davilyn when she heads of to preschool in a few weeks. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with.
In the meantime, I want to share this with you.
Sometime last year, Piper came home with this piece in her back pack. When I pulled it out I knew right away that, not only was it a keeper, it was one to be framed. I even had Piper autograph it for me. I looked and looked for a frame for it, but it was a rather large piece and did not really seem to fit specific frame dimensions. I was starting to get frustrated and it sat in my bedroom for months.
I finally took it into Costco to have it mounted. Plak-It. We’ve had this done with other pictures in the past and liked how they turned out.
I love it. It turned out wonderfully and I cannot wait to take into my office and hang it on my wall. I can’t wait to see Piper’s face in the years to come when she remembers that I kept it and that it hangs in my office. It’s an original.
