Dear Piper ~
Our first time tubing behind the boat was a blast! Of course you (and your sisters) loved it and didn’t want to stop. You wanted to tube behind the boat all the way home.
You spend the summer at day camp and loved that too. You made new friends and hung with old ones. I am learning to let go a little bit and provide you with independence but I struggle with this. I don’t want to let you go too far but I know you need to be able to go out and play and run without me right there beside you.
It’s a learning curve for me, so hang in there. We will navigate these waters together.
What a great summer you have had. What an amazing young woman you are growing into.
