Dearest Piper ~
You are certainly going to be keeping us busy this winter! You started hockey last week and you are really enjoying it. It didn’t take you very long to get the hang of skating. I am really looking forward to watching you on the ice this year and watching you improve. Hockey will keep you busy one night a week and on Saturday mornings. Daddy also insisted that you be registered in a Learn to Skate program as well and this will keep you busy on Monday evenings.
It’s hard to believe that are old enough to play hockey. It doesn’t surprise me at all that this is something that interests you. You’ve been asking to play hockey since you could talk. Anything that involves meeting up with friends completely catches your personality. You are a social butterfly in the dressing room and you make sure that you say “hi” to all of your friends. I love this about you. I love that you are so friendly and that at such a young age you are already fostering friendships.
You are getting pretty excited for Halloween! We love Halloween in this house. We love everything about it, from getting dressed up and collecting treats to coming home and handing them out. I’m pretty excited to see all three of my Divas dressed up together. Just make sure you save some of your good candy to share with Mama.
