Daddy put your play structure up and it was like seeing an old friend. You ran to it with open arms, screaming with glee.
You have lots of memories to make here. Give our home it’s story and our family its roots.
Fill our yard with laughter, love and probably some tears. For when you grow up and move away, I want to hear those echoes in the trees surrounding our home.
I want to glance over to that swing set quiet in the yard and see my memories of you and your sisters sliding on that slide and toes pointed to the skies in those swings.
